Burger King never fails while on the road.

What happen to the shift manager Kristina, G, and Kady. They were a great investment. Always friendly and got my food right...day or night. Most likely got ran off by that micro manager Travis. But that's normal for him to run off good employees!!!!

This Burger King doesn't have a "clean" atmosphere. There were 7 Flys buzzing around the window next to our table. I defiantly would not recommend this resturant.

Just a standard interstate fast-food place. Nothing special or fancy, but fine for what it is. The workers are friendly, but the dining area is fairly small. Pretty meh overall, but there's probably nothing better near by.

Sat for 10 minutes at the board waiting to place my order. Then sat in drive thru for an additional 10 minutes before we got to the window. I can hear the employees bicker through the drive window. We sat at the window 5 minutes for our food and drinks. The food was not hot and they spent more time arguing before we got our drinks. My mother is a store manager at a Burger King. As a former employee this is uncalled for and sucks. My sandwich had a sad excuse for lettuce and no tomatoes. I ordered the spicy chicken combo meal. The chicken was burnt. No wonder they are losing customers.

Decent location. They were quick and polite

The people were not too friendly. Especially the drive up girl with the nose ring, it was like we we’re inconveniencing her for ordering food.

Stopped here while driving through town. This establishment is definitely not clean. Whoever wrote that this place is clean, must have some sort of investment in this business. We were already in the door and commited to eat there so we stood in line and stood and stood. There was no one at the counter taking orders. We finally decided to go next door to McDonald’s and what a difference.

Over $15 dollars for a 2 sandwiches, 1 onion ring and 1 drink... ordered a single stacker with crospy bacon, didnt put cheese on it, bacon was limp and had 2 patties(?) Instead of 1. Sweet tea tastes very strange, like it has pop mixed in or something citrus. To top it off almost at the end of my sandwich found a long hair in it.. yuck. Cashier was nice though.

Fries are excellent. Whopper was warm...

Good food, and good service but the restaurant was pretty dirty. The windows need to be cleaned, most of the tables need to be cleaned and the floors need to be swept. If the restaurant gets cleaned up then it would make the experience a lot better

Good food, unfortunately they have times where they can be slow

Food was not good, fried undercooked and covered in grease. Chicken overcooked and hard to chew. People were nice but apparently can't bother to clean

Best hamburger and chicken sandwich we've had at a burger king. Service was amazing.

It was ok. I am not a big fan, but my husband is so every so often I get a chicken sandwich and he gets his Whopper and is so happy.

Good food although the fries weren't as hot as usual. The counter lady was brand new and was the first clerk in a long time to properly count back my change instead of just announcing the amount and shoving the money at me.

Half of the time, everything is great. The other half, you pay for food that you never get or your order is completely wrong.

Every time we go to this Burger King we get old food sad part about Rawlins is there is not alot to choose from with fast food!!

Stopped here after a long day on the road. It is the worst Burger King I’ve ever been to. The food was horrible and the service was even worse. Had I bothered reading the reviews, we would’ve skipped this place all together. What a waste of $$. I just hope we don’t get food poisoning from the small amount we did eat.I do not recommend eating here and personally, I think this place should be closed down.

Rawlins restaurant had my sandwiches fresh tonight. Very good.

Super dirty. None of the tables were wiped off, the floors hadn't been swept, and everything was sticky!

Super clean restroom. Super friendly staff. Perfect french fries.

One of the few Burger King where customer service was good

It's fast food and it's close to work.

I've been driving for 14 hours. I getting into Rawlins get a hotel room to sleep. get back on the road about 11:30 p.m. didn't want McDonald's so we went to Burger King. it took him 10 minutes to get my order and then when I got up to the window and took him five minutes to before he even took my card . took another 10 to 15 minutes to get our food so you would think with all that waiting the food hot and fresh. wrong Fry's where lukewarm my tacos had gunk all over the tacos and they look like they had been sitting there waiting to be bought for about 2 hours.. and the employees were hollering and screaming. Worst Burger King I have ever been to in the United States.

It was good as usual

We waited a little to long for our food for a " Fast Food" restaurant. Then the buns were a little to hard on our sandwiches...cheesie tots, save your money they were a joke.

They were so busy, we thought we would be there forever. But, we received our meal in a reasonable time and everything was hot. Except for our Coke! Nice job, Burger King!

Took a long time getting food out and failed to follow instructions given at time of order, food tasted perfectly fine, cookies were slightly hard

We sat for five minutes before we were even asked what we wanted then sat in line behind one pickup for another 5 minutes. Then our turn at the window 2 employees were bickering and then waited about 5 more minutes for our cold food...not happy and won't be back for quite a while!

Well I got cold fries, a whopper that said no tomatoes and no pickles on the package then I open up and guess what. Tomatoes and pickles lol. And then there wasn’t chicken fries in our bag after we bought them and went home. They were for my daughter and we had to drive all the way back to get them so she could have them. Pretty upsetting.

We first went to McDonald’s across the street and found out that there were nothing but morons running the business. So we came across To Burger King and I was bit by the most friendliest person on this earth. The food was hot good and Service was lightning fast. Save your time and your patience and go across the street to Burger King.

Went there to get something for dinner. One person was in line waiting inside at the counter when I walked in. Two more people walked in a few minutes later. Nobody ever acknowledged anyone waiting at the counter.Employees continued to wait on drive thru guest only. Then one employee went outside to take a break. That's when I decided to leave.

Pretty good most of the time

The staff is friendly but be prepared for a long wait it’s like they have one person cooking and they are in no hurry. Also they must have an aversion to lettuce, because the three times I’ve been here my whopper, fish sandwich, and tacos never have lettuce on them!

The employees is what gave it 5 stars. For a small town in Wyoming where I'm sure the majority of business comes from travelers this BK had nice employees, the food was typical fast food. I think it was senior day while were there as I've never seen so many older people at BK at the same time!

Ordered $5 whopper meals. Asked if we wanted small, medium or large. Said small & charged us more he said it was up selling I call it ripping people off he never gave us the option of the value deal when that's what we ordered.

This is a perfectly normal Burger King. The reason I say this is because there are normal locations for fast food restaurants and there are bad locations and is pretty rare to run into a bad location so this location is pretty normal. Service was normal, food was normal.... You'll have a normal Burger King experience here!

It was nice that got there 3 mins til closing because of work and they still made my meal..thank you
